At Jigzari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom puzzle. If for any reason you need to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. This window aligns with the FTC Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, ensuring you have ample time to decide. If that date passes, we’ll still cherish your memories but will be unable to accept the return.
How to Initiate
To start a return, simply our contact page and reach out to our customer service team. We’ll guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth process. Please have your order number handy and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll respond promptly to assist you.
What’s Returnable
We accept returns on any custom puzzles that are unused and in their original condition. If your puzzle is still sealed in its packaging and has not been altered in any way, it qualifies for a return. We understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected—whether it’s the design or fit—so we want to make it right. Unfortunately, personalized puzzles that have been opened and used cannot be returned.
What’s Final Sale
Some items are marked as final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies primarily to limited edition puzzles or special promotions. Be sure to check the product description before purchasing; we strive to make these terms clear. If you’re unsure about a purchase, our customer service team is here to help clarify any concerns prior to placing your order.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please let us know right away. We take care in packaging each puzzle, but mistakes can happen. our contact page within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value—this helps ensure that your returned item arrives safely. Once your return is in the mail, keep your tracking information in case we need to follow up on its status.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as each puzzle is made uniquely for you. If you would like a different design or image, please initiate a return per the above instructions and place a new order for the desired item.
